Design quality engineers are involved in the R&D process to ensure that all developing stages meet the required standards, including environmental and safety regulations, product reliability and other functional requirements.

IQC is responsible for the quality confirmation and inspection of the raw materials and parts purchased. Upon their arrival, they undergo sampling and examination against engineering documents. Based on these inspections, the items are either rejected or accepted. Therefore, IQC not only impacts the quality of a company's final products but also influences various direct and indirect costs.

IPQC is the process of implementing quality control throughout the entire process from raw material production to product packaging. Our QC members will carry out random inspections on the quality of products at every stage, and evaluate the operators' adherence to SOPs in their respective processes.

This is the final quality control process before the product is packaged. The primary focus of quality control at this stage is on appearance inspection and performance inspection, including color, gloss, roughness, burr and scratch inspection. Additionally, physical or chemical properties, electrical properties, mechanical properties and operational control are also checked. The ultimate goal is to ensure that the headphones meet the customer's requirements for applicability. Therefore, any product defects, categorized as critical, major or minor, must be identified and sent to the repair area during this stage. It is essential that 100% of the headphones undergo inspection at this stage.

Usually, the customer will assign inspectors to our factory to conduct random inspections before shipment. The inspection standards are agreed upon in the contract or order between both parties. It is mainly focus on comprehensive functionality testing of the product, packaging status, labeling, manual, accessories and more. With all these quality control measures in place, the OQC process will be smooth and successful.
