ABOUT US

Joytrain was established in 2004. Striving for excellent quality and service is the core value of our company.

With continuous hardworking in the past years, we have successfully moved to our self-built industrial park in 2020. The factory covers an area of 18000 square meters with around 300 employees, including 50 engineers, technicians and QA staff. We have 100% in-line tests and function tests. All the relative reliability tests are done inside our factory, such as salt spray test, high-low temperature test, bending test, etc.

Building on over 10 years of experience on the cable harness industry, we expanded our business into the headphone market. Currently, we have two types of product lines: cable assembly, Headphones & Speakers and other finished-goods ‌Contract Manufacturing. Besides the ordinary stereo headphones, we can also develop the Noise Cancelling Headphones and Gaming Headphones. We run our business based on OEM & ODM, enabling us to cooperate with our customers on the ID, Mechanics, Electronics and Acoustics.

We have a comprehensive Quality system, and have obtained certifications including IATF16949, ISO9001, IECQQC080000. Our mission is to provide competitive high-quality products to global market, so as to be supportive of our customers on their sales and profitability goals.
